2022 Benefits Open Enrollment

TODAY begins open enrollment for your health and voluntary benefits for 2022, as well as flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA). All employees -- even those declining or renewing coverage, or those who've only recently enrolled -- MUST complete open enrollment by Nov. 30.

To complete open enrollment:
  • Login to UltiPro (UKG) NOW-Nov. 30.
  • Follow the three steps in UltiPro shown below to access open enrollment. 
  • If you have login issues, reach out to IT directly.

2022 Benefits & Rates

Changes in 2022:
  • New premiums for Rea’s medical PPO plan and high deductible health plan (HDHP) are listed below. PPO plan premiums and HDHP premiums have increased around 6.5% as a result of rising industry costs and healthcare costs in 2021. See medical benefits rates here.
  • Everside Health is a new concierge benefit that we've added. This is a no copay, no deductible healthcare option. View Everside resources.
  • If you're enrolled in an HDHP, you will still have a $25 copay per visit/virtual visit to an Everside facility.
  • Everside Health Rates:
  • Per person 18 and over: $99/month or $45.69 bi-weekly
  • Per person under 18: $50/month or $23.07 bi-weekly

About our 2022 benefits:
  • Choose from our traditional PPO plan and HDHP with optional flex spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) for medical benefits. Make sure to review the plan resources in UltiPro (UKG) or with our benefits rates charts below.
  • There is no change in coverage for our medical, dental or vision plans.
  • You can sign up for an FSA with a PPO plan.
  • If you're signing up for an FSA, complete the enrollment in UltiPro (UKG).
  • MetLife is our dental provider and offers a maximum yearly benefit of $1,250. Resources for dental benefits, and information about MetLife's mobile app and how to find a provider are available in UltiPro (UKG).
  • You will not be issued a new medical insurance card, unless you're new to a plan or you change plans or coverage levels.
  • You will not be issued vision or dental plan cards.
  • You must enter your dependents' social security numbers into UltiPro (UKG) when adding them to your benefits or updating their information.
  • Remember to designate a beneficiary for your life insurance and 401K. You cannot designate yourself as your beneficiary.
  • Confirm your personal information is correct in UltiPro (UKG), such as your address, phone number, contacts, dependents and beneficiary information.
Benefits open enrollment roadshow:
Have you attended a benefits open enrollment roadshow session yet? You’ll learn from benefits coordinator, Allyson Enrico, and other benefits representatives about the open enrollment process. If you need to attend one of our remaining sessions and do not have the Outlook invite, contact Allyson.
  • Upcoming roadshow dates are:
  • Nov. 3 – Northeast Region
  • Nov. 4 – Southeast Region  

You have the option to sign up for an FSA when you enroll in a Medical PPO plan.
  • The 2022 FSA limit is $2,750.

You have the option to sign up for a health savings account (HSA) when you enroll in a Medical High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The 2022 contribution limits increased.
  • Single person HSA: $3,650 per year total deferral  
  • Sing person HSA for those 55 years and older: $1,000 per year total deferral
  • Family HSA: $7,300 per year total deferral
  • Family HSA for those 55 years and older: $1,000 per year total deferral
