ACTION REQUIRED: 2023 Benefits Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for your health and voluntary benefits for 2023, as well as flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA), is Nov. 1-23, 2022. After the Nov. 23 deadline you will NOT be able to change or alter your benefits selections. If you do not complete open enrollment, you will have no benefits for 2023. No 2022 benefits will roll over. All employees -- even those declining or renewing coverage, or those who've only recently enrolled -- MUST complete open enrollment by Nov. 23.

All employees, regardless of whether or not you are enrolled in medical benefits, are invited to attend our upcoming webinars with Kaitlyn Moss, benefits manager, where she will explain the open enrollment process and answer any questions you may have. You will receive multiple invites from The Rea Academy, but please only accept the session that works best for you. You are not required to attend them all.

Webinar dates are Oct. 13, Oct. 20 and Oct. 25
- Invites will come from The Rea Academy. Choose one to attend. On the day of the event you can access the meeting link on your calendar or through LCvista
- Webinars will cover ALL employer paid benefits and medical benefits
- There will be a recorded session for you to watch if you are unable to attend any of the scheduled meetings
