WORK IN PROGRESS
Has your business ever felt like a work in progress? You know the feeling:  It's that place where development is occurring, but it's not quite complete.  At times if feels inconvenient, as though it's never going to be accomplished.  But in the end, you celebrate the results in having a better idea or better product than before.

Within the next month, the Town is going to be a "Work in Progress" with a good deal of roadway construction going on.  We are asking the business community (yes, YOU) to be patient and kind during our work in progress.  When we are done, we will all enjoy and celebrate a better roadway to business success in Bennett!

ROAD CONSTRUCTION BEGINS MAY, 31ST
CONSTRUCTION HOURS: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm // MONDAY - SATURDAY

Construction will start in the Centennial subdivision on TUESDAY, MAY 31st. Antelope Hills, Brothers Four and Cordella will begin soon thereafter. Please be advised that during construction, street parking may not be available on your street for a short period. We are working with our contractor to minimize the impact on residents.

Residents will be notified before construction begins on their streets.
Our contractor, Asphalt Specialties, will go door to door to notify residents as well as answer any questions. Watch out for "NO PARKING" signs that will be placed at least 24 hours prior to street closures. Any vehicles left on the streets when construction begins will be towed (at the owner's expense) to the Bennett Community Center parking lot.

Residents will have access during the construction process. Asphalt Specialties will work with emergency, utility, and delivery services like USPS, UPS, FedEx and garbage services to minimize the impact on residents.
