New BHC Bus Trip!

Charlie Adams & Historic Princeton

Saturday, June 4, 2016
7:00AM-7:00PM

Charlie Adams once again spends the day with the Berks History Center on this "friendraiser" bus trip, sharing his ghostly tales and historic tidbits as we journey to and from historic Princeton.  Later we will tour Rockingham, the final wartime headquarters of General George Washington, where in 1783 he  received  word that the Treaty of Paris had been signed, officially ending the Revolutionary War. As we turn back to Reading a stop will be made at the recently opened Grounds for Sculpture. This magical place where art and nature play is home to almost 300 sculptures, many of them monumental
 by
distinguished  artists such as Clement Meadmore, Anthony Caro, and Beverly Pepper.

Includes Motorcoach transportation by Elite Coach, guide service and guide gratuity.

$90 members/$100 non-members

Registration and payment deadline: May 20, 2016
