Reminders for maintenance requirements from the Town Code:
  • Keep your grass cut less than 6 inches in height.
  • Remove all weeds and foreign growth from your property. This includes sidewalks, street storm water gutters, along fences, and property lines.
  • Tree limbs overhanging into neighboring properties should be trimmed.
  • No clippings or yard waste are permitted to be blown or placed into the street or gutters.
  • Remove staining of the exterior surfaces of your home, including outbuildings and fences, caused by mold, mildew and algae.
  • Exterior painted surfaces such as soffits, fascia, and trim, are to be kept free of peeling, cracking paint, and wood rot. These surfaces and those on steps, porches, and decks are to be kept structurally sound.

Come to Downtown Berlin for games, crafts, face painting, egg hunt, Bonnet Parade and more! Egg Hunt at the Taylor House Museum starts at 1pm and the talent show follows.

Take Pride in Berlin Week will feature our Berlin Non-Profits - Visit The Berlin Welcome Center, 14 S. Main Street, Mon-Fri 11am-4pm for a chance to give back!

  • Monday 4/17: The Grace Center is collecting Visa Gift Cards, Cash or Check, Items that can be used for fundraiser raffles such as gift baskets, gift certificates to local restaurants, stores, hotels, services and attractions. Disinfectant cleaners, sprays and wipes, Paper Towels, Bottled Water, Toilet Paper.

  • Wednesday 4/19: We Heart Berlin will have branded merchandise
