OCTOBER 2024

Southern Fairfield County

Single Family

Home Sale Report

The historic Lockwood Mathew Mansion in Norwalk is an architectural wonder. Featured in Dark Shadows, The Stepford Wives and Mr. Harrigan's Phone, it is the quintessential haunted mansion. Their annual haunted house event will be postponed to 2025 due to renovations, but Connecticut has lots more for October thrill seekers.

Check out the 2024 Haunted House calendar here.

Fairfield County offers a highly diverse

Real Estate market with a vibrant and enriching art culture.

In keeping with the season, the Kershner Gallery in the Fairfield Public Library, has a new exhibition, which I was honored to curate. "The Dark of Light" is an exploration of light, shadow, nature and the subconscious. The Kershner Gallery represents artists all over Connecticut. All art purchases help to support a variety of community programs.
