I don’t want to be the one to tell you that May is almost over (!) but on the 25th and 26th, Doors Open returns to the city. For the first time, the Toronto Council Fire Native Cultural Centre is on the list! Another event to look forward to is the 37th edition of the Toronto Jazz Festival.

As for the market, new listings in Toronto were up by over 51% compared to last April! However, sales were down by 5%. You'd think this might result in decreased prices, but sellers are not desperate and are waiting for the right buyer to come along. Townhouses were the exception, but the average price was up for detached and semi-detached homes, as well as condos.

If you're considering a move or just curious about what your home is worth, please give me a call!
