Best in the Nest Awards Ceremony Honoring Top Capital High School Graduates & Alumni
Boise, ID -- 04/06/2022 -- On Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Capital High School Auditorium, a special evening will be held for 20 graduating Capital High School seniors who have overcome challenges to set themselves up for future success beyond high school, as well as successful and distinguished Capital High alumni.

The Best in the Nest Awards Ceremony will honor 20 high-performing seniors and three Capital High School alumni who will be inducted into the Capital High School Hall of Fame Distinguished Alumni. The alumni include Dr. Ty Waters, who graduated from Capital in 2004 and who now serves our community as a medical doctor in Boise; Dr. Krishna Mudumbi, who graduated from Capital in 2000 and who has received national recognition for his work regarding cancer research and outreach during the pandemic (Dr. Mudumbi will be flying into town to receive his award), and Nicole Pantera, who graduated from Capital in 1999 and now works as an award-winning lawyer serving as Deputy General Counsel at Boise State University.
