Three senior leaders were promoted to partnership: Chad Habeeb, Director of Brokerage; Ben Dineen, Director of Development; and Owen Burke, Director of Asset Management. Added seven new staff: three in development, one in investment/asset management, a new controller, a new associate general counsel, and one in research.
Expanded third-party construction management platform by securing client projects for occupancy by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in Phoenix, AZ, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in York, PA. Current third-party assignments are valued at $300 million and total over 1.2 million SF across the country. 

Completed the development and sale of two ground up build-to-suit facilities totaling 125,000 SF for the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services and Maine Public Employees Retirement System. Completed the redevelopment and sale of the 44,000 SF U.S. Air Force Satellite Clinic in Brandon, FL. Completed the development and sale of a 112,000 SF facility for the Department of Human Services in Atlanta .

Won the procurement for a 45,000 SF ground up build-to-suit law enforcement facility located in Pennsylvania.  Won the procurement for a 70,000 SF ground up build-to-suit facility that will house the Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Portland, ME.
Our federal leasing team closed on over 2.8 million SF of government lease transactions on behalf of institutional clients in 2019. Deals completed include one national headquarters deal for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, DC; Two regional headquarters deals, one for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia, PA, and one for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC; and three additional Prospectus-level sized leases, including two for a confidential U.S. Government Agency tenant totaling over 1 million SF.

This deal is FD Stonewater’s largest acquisition in the history of the company.
Completed the disposition of a seven-building 230,000 SF hangar/office leased to WestStar Aviation and located in Grand Junction, CO.

Current assets under management totals 2.1 million SF with an acquisition value of $351 million.
