Data security – or a lack of it – is in the news a lot nowadays. Headline-grabbing cyber attacks, such as the WannaCry ransomware attack on the NHS (which infected over 400,000 computers in 150 countries over the course of a few days), seem to occur at least once a week. And with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) now in force, many organisations are understandably nervous about the security of their data.
