SUMMER 2021!
Dear friends,
Welcome to my monthly "PHOTOBLOG" newsletter, which I have been publishing for several years and have enjoyed sending to friends and clients in order to keep them informed of my current photographic interests, new works, upcoming exhibits and other Gallery events.
A new "subject" is at the center of each Newsletter, with which I present a short series of pertinent images along with any needed description and details, in order to allow my viewers to become more actively part of the discussion.
Most of the imagery displayed will be eventually on view at "IMAGES" Art Gallery, 14406 Detroit Rd., Lakewood, and of course I always welcome anyone's comments and interest in my work; the Gallery remains open these days, in spite of the current unfavorable circumstances, and I would be very happy to extend to all an invitation to contact us so that a personal "safe" time for a visit could be conveniently arranged.
Any of these and other images could be custom printed/framed and become part of your art collection, based on your specifications and desires.
Over the years my recipients list has gradually grown, thanks to your interest and support, and I encourage you to share this "PHOTOBLOG" with friends and art lovers in your circles.

Winter is upon us in full force, snow is piling up and the forever gray skies fill our days unmercifully...so I really think it's high time to think, dream and anticipate SUMMER !
I personally feel the need, this year more than ever, to escape at least mentally, if not yet physically, to happier, more pleasant and enjoyable places; what else but Summer days could satisfy this desire?
Summer 2021 will hopefully be one like no other before in our memory: we hope and pray to again be able to regain our "normal" lives as we remember them prior to the dreadful COVID season spread throughout the globe, when travels, outings, gatherings and all sort of every day activities were perhaps just a phone call away. Will this Summer again allow us to be "US" in every sense of the word? Will the simple pleasures and the almost forgotten feeling of "togetherness" be back in our daily routine?
We can only hope...
So, for now, please enjoy these images and, for a brief moment, allow yourself to be transported forward in time!

Below, a stunning mid-summer sunset on Lake Erie, after a sudden storm which left behind dark clouds and an incredible palette on the horizon!
Throughout this Photoblog you will find many images of past Summers spent around our little corner of "paradise", along with a couple of Florida and Italian sites, all however sharing a common "feel" of serenity, personal happiness and hope for a better and more "complete" tomorrow!
