This time of year is always a mixed bag of emotions, from relief of having once again completed another year to the optimism and hope for the incoming year. It’s a time to reflect on the lessons this past year has taught us, as well as take a moment to recognize the wins. For example, we’re incredibly grateful that our overall customer satisfaction remains high, with industry-leading gross and net retention rates, all driven by our customer-led innovation.
