April showers have led to May flowers! Now is the time to get out and garden! Even if you don't have a green thumb, hopefully you have enjoyed the beautiful blooms and warmer weather.


May is also the time when our country celebrates Memorial Day, a day set aside to honor those who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.  In that spirit, we thank the many brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our freedoms. We will be forever grateful for your service.

  

Did you know, at 3:00 p.m. (local time) each Memorial Day a nation-wide moment of remembrance takes place!? Learn more about the history and evolution of this day of remembrance at History.com

  

The month of May also wraps up by kicking off summer! Many people rejoice this changing of the season by having BBQs, trekking to the beach and spending the day with friends and family. No matter how you celebrate Memorial Day, we hope that you have a great time! Enjoy planning your summer fun!
