Jewish Book Club - "The lost Book of Moses" by Chanan Tigray
Thursday, June 21, 2018 - 8:00pm

The next book will again be a non fiction book that will we hope broaden our knowledge of events that have shaped our world. It is a book about finding a Torah scroll of supposedly ancient origin and then having it declared false. 7 decades later the current author, Chanan Tigray , in light of the discovery of similar scrolls in the caves of Qumran went back to reexamine this and determine if perhaps this was from a similar find. "The lost Book of Moses" by Chanan Tigray will be discussed by Jerry Fensterstock.. There are numerous copies available in the Westchester Library System so borrow it, read it and be with us June 21.
