We are getting ready to put together our membership directory and yizkor book for the year 2022-2023 (5783). If you are interested in advertising or including a high holiday greeting, please click on the form below.


Beth El Beautification Day
August 7th, 9am-12noon

Roll up your sleeves and join us as we come together to prepare Beth El for our Open House and first day of school. We are looking for at least 20 volunteers to help with planting, weeding, sweeping, and general cleaning. We are also looking for monetary donations to help support our efforts. Sign up below to volunteer and/or make a donation. Prepare to get sweaty!

Our goal is to raise $3,000 which will allow us to add plants and flowers, a new basketball hoop, pressure washing, window cleaning, staining for walkway leading to education center and playground equipment.

goodness. I've found the kitchen. It’s been here the whole time! But, now without cabinet doors or drawers, it’s so much easier to see that…I need to coordinate everything better. Another compulsion visited. Do I really need the Corningware Drip Coffee Pot with the metal basket and metal tasting coffee safely ensconced in the cabinet above the refrigerator? That tells you how often I’ve used it in the last 27 years. And before that, in the other houses, it’s always been in the cabinets above the refrigerator. If I set everything up perfectly, without cabinet doors, the Corningware pieces all lined up will set a pretty picture…of casserole dishes that I haven’t used lately. Well, when the newly painted doors and drawers get affixed, and outa’ sight outa’ mind, I’ll be at services contemplating Rabbi Dyme’s Torah portion.
