I hope that you and your loved ones are well. As we navigate a path back to some sense of normalcy we must work together and remember that we are responsible for one another. Zoom beginner Pilates class
, to be held Monday and/or Wed about noon, for Beth El and Sisterhood members.
Nancy is certified to teach chair pilates, yoga and cardio classes, and teaches at the YMCA and at Starling.
She is volunteering her time and expertise to us.
She would appreciate your making a small donation (perhaps $5 per class) to Beth El.
