Yoga Shalom is on Wednesdays at 10:00 am. Yoga Shalom is for everyone, regardless of their level of yoga experience or physical abilities. It will help you relax your body, calm your mind, strengthen your body, enhance your flexibility, and nurture your spirit. It can be practiced on a mat or in a chair. Yoga Shalom is a spiritual and physical journey, guided by a sequence of traditional Hebrew morning prayers and beautiful music with Cantor Lisa Levine, choreographed to yoga postures, led via DVD by Lisa Levine and Carol Krucoff.
