Apparently one of our grand daughters has been reading my eblasts....you know, reaching out, trying to impact in a positive way those around you. She has taken it a step much further. Going to Cambodia to teach English to the locals with the Peace Corps. Oh, my! New passport + 2 new pictures, a new Peace Corps Passport with 2 more pictures (somehow she travels with 2 passports and 4 pictures...huh?) Manuals and videoes and training, training, training....and that's before she leaves the states. Then, training in country! That's a long way to go, but this is a soul who wants to make a difference. And, "boy", no, "girl", this one wants to explore the world, learn about new cultures, and make an impact to help someone less fortunate. She'll be gone for 2 years and 3 months. How much does it cost to FedEx peanut butter and jelly to Phnom Penh?
