Doors open at the Gulf Breeze Recreation Center at 6:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:00.

Cost is $20 per person, and all proceeds go to Camp Scholoarships.

Hi my name is Lena Joy Radon and I am becoming a Bat Mitzvah on May 6, 2023. I moved to Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania with my family in July of 2020, but I wanted to have my Bat Mitzvah here at Temple Beth El since I spent many years of my life here at services and Sunday school.  

I am currently a 7th grader at Newtown Middle School in Newtown, PA and I enjoy dancing and basketball and spending time with my friends. As part of my preparation for my Bat Mitzvah, I attend Teen Mitzvah Club at the Lubavitch Center of Bucks County where I make and deliver meals for people who are homebound or in need. 

I want to thank Rabbi Joel for preparing me for this day, with the added challenge of being long distance. I appreciate your time and support. I hope you will all join me and my family to celebrate this special day and at the Kiddush luncheon after services. 

Hello, my name is Joshua Norman Hochhauser and I am having my Bar Mitzvah on May 20, 2023. My parents, Rebecca and David Hochhauser, and my siblings, Sarah, Sam, and Jonathan are getting excited and ready for this big day.  It is also a special day for Jonathan because he will be celebrating his Bar Mitzvah too. 

I am an eighth grader attending Fairhope Middle School. My favorite subject is English. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer and hanging out with friends.

For my mitzvah project I am helping to raise money for Jacobs Camp, the summer camp for Jewish kids of the Deep South. I have attended this camp since I moved to Alabama seven years ago, and it is an experience no one should miss because of a financial problem.

It is hard to believe that my Bar Mitzvah is happening already. I would like to thank my parents and my Rabbi for helping me prepare for this moment in my life. I’m excited to be a Bar Mitzvah and I hope you all will join me on this important day.

Hi, my name is Jonathan William Hochhauser. I am having my Bar Mitzvah on May 20, 2023. My parents Rebecca and David Hochhauser, and my siblings Sarah, Sam, and Joshua are very excited for this day. My brother Joshua will be sharing this day with me in more ways than one, because we are becoming Bnai Mitzvah together. I am so happy that my family and friends from all over the county are coming too.

I am a seventh grader attending Fairhope Middle School. My favorite subject is geography, but I love to read whenever I get the chance. In my spare time I love doing theatre and swimming.

For my mitzvah project, I will be raising money to help send kids to Jacobs Camp. The one place for Jewish kids to get together other than temple. Jacobs Camp has been a part of my life since I moved to Alabama seven years ago, and no one should have to miss that because of financial issues. 

I still can’t believe that I am 13 and becoming a Bar Mitzvah. I want to thank my parents and Rabbi Joel for helping me get ready for this very important day. I hope that all of you will be able to celebrate with us.
