Bethesda SC: Important Information on Registering for the 2019-2020 Season

2019-2020 MSYSA Carding Registration Is Now Open!

It is that time of the year again!

Before your player can play in a game for Bethesda SC they must complete their MSYSA registration for the 2019-2020 season. Below are instructions on how you can complete your carding registration and make sure that your player gets on to the field for the first game of the season.

BEFORE YOU START YOUR REGISTRATION PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR INVITATION FROM YOUR COACH IN LEAGUEAPPS. IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR YOUR TEAM THROUGH LEAGUEAPPS PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COACH OR MANAGER

Player Carding: Completed by Parents/Guardian

For players who live in Maryland and the District of Columbia

Maryland and D.C. players will need a player headshot photo(150px by 200px recommended) and proof of age (birth certificate or passport) for registration.
Player name on registration needs to match Proof of Age Document exactly
Your information from last year should auto-populate. However, you still need to process the registration and make sure that your proof of birth document is up to date.

For players who live in Virginia

Step 1 :OOS players need to register first with Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA).
Players will need a player headshot photo, proof of age (birth certificate or passport) and credit card for payment to VYSA to begin registration.
Player name on registration needs to match The Proof of Age Document exactly
As referenced in the Step By Step Manual, follow the VYSA Website for Out of State Player instructions; please follow Section 1 and Out of State VYSA Registration Link.
Step 2: At the end of the registration process there will be a form called a Permission for Out of State Player Form. You will need to print, sign, and email the form to [email protected]
DO NOT move to the next step until you have received approval to login to the MSYSA system.
Step 3: Upon registrar approval of 'Permission for Out of State Play Form', please access the MSYSA Registration Website to register on the MSYSA site. Again, DO NOT start your MSYSA registration until you have received approval.
Your information should auto populate from last year. However, make sure that it is up to date and that the proof of birth is not expired.
