As Christmas approaches, our colleague Haytham shares a heartfelt message from Bethlehem reflecting on a difficult two years, the slow return of hope, and the joy of seeing our tourism students succeed. We invite you to watch his short greeting from the birthplace of Jesus.

The Urgency for Solidarity. A testimony of hope in a broken land

In recognition of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, we are honored to share a powerful reflection written by Bethlehem Bible College graduate Anthony Khair.

In a time when the people of Palestine continue to endure unimaginable loss and hardship, Anthony offers a deeply moving meditation on faith, resilience, and the sacred call to stand with the oppressed. His words invite us to see solidarity not as a political posture, but as a Christ-centered act of compassion, justice, and shared humanity.

Be a Peacemaker Where It Counts

This spring, engage in online courses with the Bethlehem Institute for Peace and Justice, and explore the challenges and opportunities of peacemaking and justice in the Palestinian context.

Then, experience it firsthand this May with our Summer Intensive in Bethlehem, a two-week program bringing theory to life on the ground.

Pray for a blessed Christmas season for the entire Bethlehem Bible College family, and that the Prince of Peace would be born into every heart.

  • Pray for the continued growth of Bethlehem Bible College’s network so that more friends will learn about our ministry, support our students, and help them continue their education and become leaders of change.

Give thanks for God’s faithfulness throughout the year, for new students, new programs, and many community courses and outreach events despite all challenges.

  • Pray for protection, strength, and perseverance for all Christians in Palestine—especially in Gaza and the West Bank—that they may find courage to remain in the land of Jesus’ birth.

Pray for the ongoing ministry of the Shepherd Society, giving thanks for the support they provided to hundreds of needy families, and asking God to bless their Christmas distributions and medical assistance.

  • Pray for vulnerable families during the winter, that the Lord would provide warmth, shelter, and everything they need to endure the cold season.

Pray for peace, justice, and mercy in the Holy Land, especially for an end to the war and suffering. Ask that hearts around the world would recognize the humanity of all who are affected and stand with truth and compassion.

We’d be honored to pray for you. Our team meets every Friday morning to lift up our friends and supporters—just reply to this email or write to us at info@bethbc.edu to share your prayer requests.
