Age Well residents have fun in the kitchen regularly cooking together and trying out new dishes. They recently whipped up a tasty chicken curry, which fellow residents rated mmm, mmm good!

Hugging is Good Medicine
Celebrated every January 21st, National Hugging Day encourages everyone to hug family and friends more often. Hugs help people bond, combat loneliness and reduce stress. Before going in for the big embrace, remember to ask first if you’re not sure how someone will respond to a spontaneous hug.
