SCOOP Some Soup

Victory Centre of Bartlett warmed the hearts and bellies of local fire and police department personnel when they hosted a hearty soup lunch for them in appreciation for keeping residents safe and sound year-round. We're happy to pay it forward !

To start the new decade off right, residents and team members created vision boards for 2020 to help them visualize the life they want to lead in the coming year. Positive words and inspirational sayings reinforce their desire for health, creativity and exploration among other things.

These boards are displayed in the communities as reminders to work toward and achieve their collective hopes, dreams and goals.

Hugging is Good Medicine
Celebrated every January 21st, National Hugging Day encourages everyone to hug family and friends more often. Hugs help people bond, combat loneliness and reduce stress. Before going in for the big embrace, remember to ask first if you’re not sure how someone will respond to a spontaneous hug.
