Our commissioning process for new construction commissioning (Cx) follows AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) Commissioning Guidelines, ASHRAE Standard 202 “Commissioning Process of Buildings and Systems”, ASHE’s Health Facilities Commissioning Guidelines, the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) Section C408.

The “best practice” commissioning process recommended by all the standards mentioned above starts at the earliest phases of design. TLC firmly believes that commissioning is a “process,” not an “event” and the most effective commissioning process begins early in the design phase and continues throughout the design and construction phases of the building.
