The Monster Inside Me
I was fortunate to have previewed the upcoming film The Monster Inside Me. It is a powerful, compelling, and hopeful film with an important message.

The film is available at a number of in-person screenings and will be available to rent or purchase online on May 20th.

Advanced Workshop in Chronic Inflammatory Illness
I had the pleasure of attending the Advanced Workshop in Chronic Inflammatory Illness on April 23, 2022.

The event was taught by Neil Nathan, MD, Jill Crista, ND, and Lyn Patrick, ND.

This was a superb event with a focus on heavy metals, PANS/PANDAS, and Cell Danger Response taught by some of the leaders in the field.

I recently shared my notes from this informative event and hope you find them helpful. I certainly learned a lot of new information.

TFIM 2022 Presentation by Ann F. Corson, MD
Ann F. Corson, MD presented "Antimicrobial Treatment of Vector-Borne and Community-Acquired Infections" at The Forum for Integrative Medicine (TFIM) 2022 online event in March.

She has generously made her amazing slides from that talk available on Corson's Corner. I highly recommend taking a look.

Thiamine Deficiency Disease Interview
Neil Nathan, MD was the first to suggest that I read the book Thiamine Deficiency Disease, Dysautonomia, and High Calorie Malnutrition by Drs. Derrick Lonsdale and Chandler Marrs. I'm so glad he did.

That recommendation led to a recent interview with Dr. Chandler Marrs which was incredibly enlightening. Thiamine may provide numerous benefits for those with complex, chronic conditions.

Neil Nathan, MD on The Chronic Comeback Podcast
As many of my followers likely know, Neil Nathan, MD has been one of my top mentors over more than the past decade.

I am always interested in hearing his perspectives and insights on chronic illness.

His most recent discussion was on The Chronic Comeback podcast and is worth a listen.

Finding a Practitioner or Mold Inspector/Remediator
A very common question I get is where can one find a good practitioner, a good mold inspector, or a good remediator.

I recently created a list of resources that you may find helpful in trying to find qualified resources to explore as part of your health recovery team.

If you have other resources you find helpful, please share.

Dr. Russel Reiter on the Miraculous Benefits of Melatonin
Many may know that my "drug of choice" has been melatonin for many years.

Russel Reiter, PhD is an expert on melatonin and was recently interviewed by Chris Wark.

I hope you enjoy this informative conversation.
