October 2020 Newsletter - Issue #64
Hi everyone,

While 2020 has been a very challenging time for us all, I hope that you have been able to use this slower time to focus on self-care like I have.

I've learned a lot this year from the many online summit and conference opportunities.

I'm continuing to enjoy interviewing some amazing guests on the podcast as well and hope you are enjoying our discussions.  My recent talk with Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD was such a good one that it was my first interview to span two episodes.

One day at a time; one foot in front of the other...

Be well and be safe...

Sunlighten Sauna
If you are considering getting a Sunlighten sauna, now may be the perfect time.

Readers of my newsletter will get $200 off a sauna + FREE shipping (normally up to $598).

I've had mine since 2008, it still works as well today as it did then.

I've been getting a lot of use out of it this year.
