LMRE continues monthly member surveys

In an effort to continually improve our member services and ensure we are doing everything we can to provide you with the safe, reliable, at-cost power you expect, LMRE has begun launching a monthly online member satisfaction survey for our membership. We kindly ask that if you receive one of these surveys, you take five minutes to provide us with your feedback to help us grow.

How the survey works:

  • Click on the yellow box in the email to take our short survey.
  • Your ANONYMOUS answers will be recorded and sent back to the cooperative, where they will be compiled with all other LMRE survey responses.
  • This data will be used to improve processes and help us grow.
  • If you would like a follow-up, you will have an opportunity at the end of the survey to provide contact information. This is not required to complete the survey.

Please note: This survey will be dual-branded at the top with our sister cooperative, North Central Electric, but your responses will only be logged as experience with LMRE.

Get involved at the co-op with the Member Advisory Committee!

Apply now for consideration to join the Member Advisory Committee! Learn about electric issues, receive education about cooperative policies and procedures, and more!

The committee meets twice per year for three to four hours per session. Applications will be reviewed and committee members will be considered by the LMRE board of directors. Those appointed will serve three-year terms, which will run concurrently with the terms served by their district’s board director.

For more information, email lmre@fesco-oh.org or call 440-647-2133. Applications are available on the LMRE website at www.bit.ly/MAC-application.
