NCE launches monthly member surveys in May

In an effort to continually improve our member services and ensure we are doing everything we can to provide you with the safe, reliable, at-cost power you expect, NCE has begun launching a monthly online member satisfaction survey for our membership. We kindly ask that if you receive one of these surveys, you take five minutes to provide us with your feedback to help us grow.

How the survey works:

  • Click on the orange box in the email to take our short survey.
  • Your ANONYMOUS answers will be recorded and sent back to the cooperative, where they will be compiled with all other NCE survey responses.
  • This data will be used to improve processes and help us grow.
  • If you would like a follow-up, you will have an opportunity at the end of the survey to provide contact information. This is not required to complete the survey.

Please note: The survey will be dual-branded at the top with our sister cooperative, Lorain-Medina Rural Electric, but your responses will only be logged as experience with NCE.

Purchase your Member Appreciation Day tickets now

There's still time to purchase tickets for this year's Member Appreciation Day at Cedar Point.

NCE members can purchase up to 4 tickets at $25 each using their account number, which includes parking and a free catered lunch at Point Pavilion.

For more information on this year's event, and how to purchase tickets, use the button below.

Vote for your new District 6 director by May 21

All NCE members, regardless of district, can vote in this year's District 6 director election, open now through May 21.

Votes can be cast online through the button below, or via mail using the paper ballots provided in early May. All ballots must be received by 11:59 p.m. on May 21. Bios for both David Hawk and Calvin Staib, this year's candidates, are available on the cooperative's website, as well as short videos from each member.

Please note, ballots cannot be accepted at the cooperative office and should only be submitted online or by mail using the prepaid envelope provided with the paper ballot.
