LMRE launches monthly member surveys in May

In an effort to continually improve our member services and ensure we are doing everything we can to provide you with the safe, reliable, at-cost power you expect, LMRE has begun launching a monthly online member satisfaction survey for our membership. We kindly ask that if you receive one of these surveys, you take five minutes to provide us with your feedback to help us grow.

How the survey works:

  • Click on the yellow box in the email to take our short survey.
  • Your ANONYMOUS answers will be recorded and sent back to the cooperative, where they will be compiled with all other LMRE survey responses.
  • This data will be used to improve processes and help us grow.
  • If you would like a follow-up, you will have an opportunity at the end of the survey to provide contact information. This is not required to complete the survey.

Please note: This survey will be dual-branded at the top with our sister cooperative, North Central Electric, but your responses will only be logged as experience with LMRE.

Safety Training at Lorain-Medina Rural Electric

Last week, our LMRE linemen did their annual safety training tests, including pole-top rescue, where linemen practiced climbing a pole safely and quickly to assist another lineman in need. In the field, this skill would be used if someone was experiencing an emergency while working on a pole. While we hope to never need to use this training in practice, safety is our top priority to help prepare our linemen for any emergencies that may occur in the field.
