Engage students with an activity! Watch our newest AgTIVITY video to enhance learning in your classroom. Learn how to lead the Cornhusker Necklace activity. Spring into planting season with this interactive activity that helps students gain a basic understanding of corn growth in Nebraska. 
Ag Pen Pal Reminder
Classrooms : The deadline for your second letter was February 28 . If you have not replied yet, please contact your pen pal and let them know it will be coming.

Farm & Ranch volunteers : The deadline for your final letter is March 31 .

Celebrate National Reading Month (March) with our Literature Guides ! Each guide introduces a beautiful, imaginative, lively text or picture book suited for multiple grade levels and is accompanied by curriculum aligned to Nebraska State Language Arts Standards.

Did you participate in our Agriculture Reading Hour program? Please submit photos of your book reading experience!

Teachers: We are giving away TWO book bundles. We want to see how you’re using agriculture in the classroom! 

Meet Gus : We hope you will show him the interesting things you’re doing related to agriculture in your classroom and then share with us what he did while he was with you!

Complete the survey and submit a photo of your classroom with Gus to be entered to win a Book Bundle! Two winners will be drawn at random April 30 .  
National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference
Early-bird registration for the 2020 National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference is OPEN ! Spend three days in June (23-26) in Salt Lake City, Utah participating in traveling workshops to Utah agricultural operations, onsite workshops, dynamic keynote speakers, and more!
