This was an amazing week to be a Bulldog!!!  Our First Annual Run for Success was nothing short of awe inspiring.  The happy faces, kids encouraging kids, teachers joining in the fun and games, and parents spending the morning bonding was really something to behold...to say we are proud to be co-presidents of Beverly Vista's PTA is such an understatement, but more powerful words fail us at the moment.  Along with being such a wonderful event for all of those who participated, we made a lot of money for our school.  As we write this, the Run for Success has brought in well over $43,000 and the deadline to donate isn't until next Wednesday.  Among other things, this money will be used for classroom materials, including instructional and enrichment programs and technology that we need to get up to speed with other schools in our district.  If you haven't donated yet, we hope that you will strongly consider doing so before Wednesday, October 28.

Moving forward, we are very excited about our upcoming Bingo Night on November 14 and the 2015 Scholastic Monster Book Fair on November 13 -19.  Please consider signing up to help with the Book Fair.  It is always such a fun and positive event, we'd love to have you be a part of it this year!
