Weekly Class Schedule


How it works:

  • Challenge begins Wednesday, February 1 and runs until Thursday, March 2.
  • All regular classes (virtual and in-studio) of any style are included in the challenge.
  • Attend 25 classes in 30 Days and enter to win the grand prize, Beyond Yoga Lovers Gift Basket.
  • Attend 16 classes in 30 Days and receive an invitation to a special celebratory class.
  • You can attend two classes in one day to make up for missed days.

In Studio Workshops

Deeply relaxing. Meditative. Healing. Grounding. Calming. Cleansing. Helped me to sleep better... These are some of the words that people have used to describe their "Gong/Sound Bath" experience.

You are invited to take an hour for yourself, and let the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick (and more) take you on a restorative journey towards greater health.

Date: Sunday, Jan. 22

Time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

This four-week introductory program is a perfect way to begin your yoga journey or to reacquaint yourself with a former practice. Learn basic yoga postures, and explore breathing as well as meditation so that you finish the program with a great foundation for your ongoing practice.


This program will also incorporate adjustments and props to accommodate every BODY.

This series is included with your intro offer, 30-day unlimited pass or monthly membership at no extra fee!

Dates: Mondays, Jan. 23 to Feb. 13

Time: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

In this 6-week series, attention will be given to proper posture, movement and flow as well as having the presence of mind to stay focused and centered. At the end of each class students will be led in a short standing Qigong meditation to help integrate the cultivated energy (prana or life force).

This course is suitable for both new and intermediate students.

Dates: Wednesdays, Jan. 25 to March 1

Time: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

This training will ensure that each student is fully prepared and knowledgeable to teach a yin class with confidence.

Carrying a child is life-changing; physically, emotionally and spiritually. Learn to create a supportive prenatal class environment that is friendly, safe and calm; one that allows for self-inquiry, self-care and connection with others on the parenting path.

Bring stability, flexibility of mind and compassion to your prenatal classes through consistent, gentle, evidence-informed practice, most especially through:

• Learning to yield, release and let go

• Approaching rest consciously

• Understanding subtle practices to release tension, and help baby’s optimal position

• Practicing to “be-with-and-ease” discomfort and pain

Do you love yoga?

Do you benefit from the asanas, meditation and breathing techniques? Do you want to learn more? Do you want to share this practice with others?

About half the students who join us for yoga teacher training do so for personal development only, the other half also want to teach. This ratio changes as we move through the program.

As a lifestyle practice, what matters most is a genuine interest in learning about yoga for personal development. As the program unfolds you will integrate the practice and you will learn and develop the skills and intuition to share it with others.

Dates and Times:

Our 2023 offering begins May 13 and ends November 26. We meet every second weekend from 12-6:00 p.m.

The Integration Model

There's a lot of information. Having two weeks in between each module gives you time to implement, practice and reflect on what was taught. When the next weekend comes along you're ready for the new experience.

The program is offered in-studio but our information sessions are virtual.
