This workshop will be facilitated by Deb Ricci, Business Readiness Champion at Carousel Industries. Deb‘s career has spanned 45 years in the telecommunication industry. Working in major corporations - AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya for 30 years, Deb worked in various managerial positions and work locations. She’s worked the last 15 years at Carousel Industries located in Exeter, RI. Deb’s experience working with people and her company knowledge has led to the current position as Director of Business Readiness, focusing on Carousel Industries’ employees to ensure all are prepared and ready for organizational change, to include changes in process, work assignments and tools. Deb works as a liaison between workforce and leadership to help identify and champion employees’ concerns and challenges. Deb is a graduate of Providence College and attended Bryant University, and has participated in many leadership training sessions over her career.
