A short newsletter to share our new winter schedule. We have kept your favourites and added a few new classes to keep you fit and smiling through the winter season.

Our new offerings include:

  • Gentle Yoga Flow with Diane on Tuesdays, 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
  • Fitness Fusion with Shelley on Wednesdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
  • Happy Hips Yoga with Darlene on Wednesdays, 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
  • Yin and Restorative with Christina on Wednesdays, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Yoga Flow with Glenda on Fridays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Barrelates Mix with Anita on Saturdays, 10:30 to 11: 30 a.m.

Favourite classes with new times:

  • Nia (Soulful Dance) with Ann on Thursdays, 10:30 to 11: 30 a.m.
  • Balance, Strength and Stretch with Alison on Fridays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
