Awe beautiful and busy December! Bringing all the feelings, the last month of the year with its big holiday season awakens so much within us. The good thing is that whatever we are experiencing, yoga and mindful movement provide.


For example, if you're feeling tired, come to Beyond for some stress release and energy. If you're feeling overwhelmed, come to Beyond for some ME time. If you're feeling energized, come to Beyond for some strength and vitality. The list goes on and on because it's always a good day for yoga and mindful movement.

This wonderfully restorative experience combines Restorative Yoga with Crystal Healing and Reiki. While in Restorative postures, crystals will be placed on different parts of the body including hands, chest and abdomen as well as around you. The healing effects of the crystals will be enhanced with Reiki which is a form of energy healing in which the practitioner acts as an empty reed for universal energy to flow through creating a calming and relaxing effect.

Teachers, students and anyone wanting to deepen their practice, refine their teaching skills and learn more about the benefits of this quiet practice. As we age, the flexibility in our joints can decrease. Yin yoga is a great way to maintain or improve that flexibility. This practice allows you the time to notice and feel the different physical and emotional sensations, while also adding a meditative aspect to your practice.

In this Applied Energetics training, you will learn:

  • To use the three key Bandhas (Mulha Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha), to generate and contain Prana
