Federal Court Keeps Housing Counseling Funds From Expiring During Lawsuit

Home sales down in Wisconsin in August

Rising prices and interest rates were a drag on home sales in August, Wisconsin real estate agents say. The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association released its monthly report on the housing market Thursday. It shows existing home sales statewide fell 8.3% compared to August 2025.
