It is with the deepest sorrow that we share information about the passing of two of our long standing, beloved, minister members of presbytery.

The Rev. Thomas (Tom) Cundiff, Honorably Retired member of presbytery, passed to the larger life on January 19, 2025 at his home in Rio Vista, California. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Nancy, daughter Emily, son-in-law Ken and grandson Tommy. Tom served Saginaw-Warren Avenue for 28 years as well as serving the larger church through presbytery, Synod and denominational work. An obituary is not available yet. We will share it when/if it becomes available.

The Rev. Lawrence (Larry) McMellen, Honorably Retired member of presbytery, passed to the larger life on January 28, 2024 in North Benton, Ohio. We only recently found out about Larry's passing. While there was not an online obituary, his daughter Joy was kind enough to write one up to share with the presbytery. Click here to read it.

All of the information you need to enter your congregations 2024 Annual Statistics is available on our website. Letters were mailed on January 6th to all Clerks of Session. Effective January 1, 2025 the IRS mileage rates are as follows:

Business/Ministry: 70 cents

Charitable: 14 cents
