Phillips Farm
Phillips Farms would like to add some “spice” into your life --- with our delicious fresh-picked arugula!! This peppery green is a lesser known cruciferous vegetable that provides many of the same benefits as other vegetables of the same family, such as broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts. Try adding a handful to your favorite omelet, mix it in with your salad greens, or do a simple saute in olive oil and top with Parmesan cheese. In addition to arugula, look for these other items at Phillips Farms this Saturday: Asparagus, rhubarb, greenhouse tomatoes, wintered-over spinach, apples, cider, cut flowers and hanging baskets.

And MAYBE making an appearance… fresh-picked strawberries?!
