Week Three: Genesis 46 - Exodus 15

As we reach the closing pages of Genesis, let's reflect on what this foundational book is all about. The stories in Genesis lay the groundwork for everything else that's coming in the biblical narrative. God has a plan to rescue and bless his rebellious world through Abraham and his descendants.

While you read this week, pay particular attention to Genesis chapter 50 and the conversation between Joseph and his brothers after their father, Jacob, dies. Meaningful themes develop here that will be important to remember as you start the book of Exodus.

Finally, there are times and links to the Bible Studies on Thursday and Friday. Join us in a discussion about what we are reading. If you have any questions or need assistance, reach out to me at lisa@epiphanyseattle.org.
