One Brain Per Customer:

A humorously silly guide to better outcomes

on your psychedelic journeys

Bryan Lang, CEO of Trans World Health Services Inc., delivered an engaging and witty presentation titled "One Brain Per Customer," highlighting the importance of personal psychedelic harm reduction and risk management. Through anecdotes and real-life examples, Bryan outlined practical approaches to mitigate risks associated with psychedelic use, stressing the significance of radical self-reliance and community support. Amidst laughter-inducing moments, Bryan's talk underscored the crucial need for fostering safer and more meaningful psychedelic experiences in today's evolving landscape of therapeutic and recreational use. With his encyclopedic knowledge and charismatic delivery, Bryan left attendees both entertained and informed.

Thank you, Bryan Lang!

Welcome to April!

Join Randy Gates for a full somatic breathwork experience on April 14th at The Studio (Moran location)!

Our bodies often hold unprocessed emotions and trauma. This physical practice can acknowledge and even move, shift, or release that energy. Music and vibrational sound also have the ability to affect our consciousness. Stacking these together creates a very powerful experience. If this peaks your curiosity, join us. Come experience transformational breathwork stacked with an electronic music vibrational journey.

There will be Tibetan singing bowls rung on each participant during the journey, along with Reiki being performed on participants. Anyone experiencing anxiety, fear, or blocks related to the experience is invited to come early and receive an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or “tapping” session to prepare them for the journey.

Integration Circles &

Microdosing Support

WHAT IS INTEGRATION?

"Integration refers to the process by which the material accessed, and insights gained in an entheogenic experience, are incorporated over time in a way that benefits the individual and the community." - ERIE (Entheogenic Research Integration and Education)

These circles are a safe and confidential space to talk openly about non-ordinary states of consciousness. To learn more about integration and the various circles we offer, click HERE. If you'd like to connect online with our group between meetings, we invite you to join the slack group.

Special ART Integration Circle on Saturday, April 6th, with Grace, 5:30-7:00 PM at The Studio Reno!

Join us for a transformative exploration of the psychedelic journey in this special art integration circle, facilitated by Grace! In this safe and supportive space, we'll dive into the theme of "journey" using art as our tool for integration. Through reflection, sharing, and creative expression, we'll navigate the integration process together. No need to bring supplies—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

The 1RV (1st Responders & Veterans) Integration Circle is a confidential and secure space dedicated to first responders and veterans.

This is a place to gather, connect, and learn about the potential for healing through alternative remedies. Thank you for continuing to bring awareness to this very necessary conversation, and for your continued support of our first responders and veterans and their healing journeys.

Learn more here.

In this integration circle, we center our discussions on the transformative journey of self-parenting, fostering self-acceptance, and cultivating self-love.

Through open dialogue and shared experiences, we explore how insights can become powerful tools for nurturing a compassionate relationship with oneself, promoting personal growth, and fostering a deep sense of inner harmony.

Join us in this supportive space as we navigate the pathways to self-discovery and healing.

Microdosing Support Group

Join us every first Thursday from noon to 1 PM at The Studio Reno (tea lounge room) for our microdosing support group. This is a safe space to share experiences and learn from others who have explored the practice of microdosing to benefit mental health. All are welcome--from experienced microdosers to curious beginners!

Wednesday and Saturday Night Integration Circles

These circles are designed to offer a safe space to discuss non-ordinary states of consciousness, while providing emotional support and guidance after transformative experiences.

All levels of life experience are welcomed and accepted.

Symbols & Meaning Integration Circle (Ullman Method) with Kathy! Every 2nd Wednesday, 5:30-7:00 PM at The Studio Reno.

"As my journey…” approach to Psychedelic Integration. This integration circle is based on the Ullman method and has typically been used for nighttime dreams. This circle is for those who are curious about finding meaning from the messages, images, symbols, stories, etc. from their psychedelic experience. The messages of the unconscious are not always clear and we may have to work to understand them. Learn more here.

Psychedelics and journey work can change the way we see the world and give us new perspectives. As parents, this has meaningful implications for shifting how we parent, including communication with our children, our co-parent relationship, and interrupting generational trauma, to name a few. Join us for a parenting integration Circle facilitated by Kathy, Charmi & Grace.

First Mondays, 5 - 6 PM. April meeting will be held at Reno Public Market, 299 E Plumb Ln.

We kindly ask all integration circle attendees to leave The Studio parking spots open for yoga classes. We are so grateful to The Studio for generously allowing us to use their space as our headquarters, and we want to be mindful not to interfere with their business. To the left is a map of nearby street parking. If you'd like to pull up the Google Maps link on your phone, click here.
