Bid Goodbye to Summer and
Hello to Autumn at BCM
Happy First Day of Fall!
Crunching, crinkling autumn leaves will soon be falling! BCM's 140+ year old living fossil, the ginkgo tree, will slowly turn a brilliant gold this season with it's falling leaves displaying a blanket of color at our doorstep.

There is so much natural beauty in our backyard and no better place to bring the family for an outdoor adventure than NaturePlay@BCM. We hope you come visit and share in this beauty with us. Happy fall!
Serving Up Knowledge at BCM
We had a full house at last week's Brown Bag Lunch with Cam Miller (seen speaking here) and Casey Head. The documentary filmmakers presented, September Siege - The Defense of the River Cities, which follows the fascinating day-by-day account of the events in September 1862 when Confederate forces came to the doorstep of Cincinnati/NKY.

We hope to see you at our next Brown Bag Lunch on October 16 with founding member and vice chairman of the Lewis and Clark Trust Jim Mallory. Enjoy your lunch and learn about Lewis and Clark's expedition and stay at Big Bone. For more information, visit bcmuseum.org.
