City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities is sending contractors to replace Lead Service Lines (Customer Side) using ARPA funding.

The City of Toledo is currently accepting bids for this program only through the City of Toledo's PlanetBids portal. Bids will be accepted through June 21, 2022.
