Big Announcement!
Greetings,

I just completed my Masters of Science (MS) with honors in Health and Wellness.

Why is this the degree of the future?

My title, Health and Wellness Counselor, allows me to be your point person to support not only the food you eat, but every aspect of your lifestyle, whether for prevention or healing. Based upon your individual needs, I will continue to analyze and offer solutions to optimize your:

  • Eating style and habits
  • Physical activity
  • Genetic lifestyle expression
  • Stress management
  • Sleep quality
  • Dietary supplements
  • Emotional balance
  • Toxic load

I believe that in order to achieve optimal wellbeing, all of these lifestyle factors should be emphasized, albeit at a pace you're comfortable with. Moreover, as a Health and Wellness Counselor, communication, empathy, and listening is paramount.

Being at Nutritional Concepts since 1997 has provided me with the tools to offer you the best counsel. I brought Pure Genomics wellness screening to the practice. I research and vet all dietary supplements we dispense. I find the research for, and write, our twice weekly eNewsletter. I created our COVID-19 protocols. Not only have I sat in on many of Bonnie's consultations, I have counseled many of you already. Furthermore, I am a nationally ranked Masters track athlete.

If your goal is to achieve optimal wellbeing and be supported throughout the journey, my schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8AM-2PM
Thursday 12-8PM
(all times are CST)

I am also issue-specific for support of Long COVID and other autoimmune disorders, food allergies and intolerances, sports nutrition, among many others.

To set up an appointment in-person, by phone, or video chat, you can phone/text our wonderful staff at (847) 498-3422. First, please review What do I need to make an appointment with Steve?

If you have questions about my services, you can email me directly at [email protected]. The office is closed for Labor Day so I'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

P.S. Bonnie is NOT retiring :)

Have a happy, healthy day.
