IN THE LIMELIGHT

C Auto Glass is a privately-owned, regional auto glass service company, providing auto glass repair, replacement and recalibration throughout Northeast Ohio. In business for over 20 years, C-Auto Glass has an A+ rating from the BBB and is the only AAA Approved Auto Glass provider.

With collective experience of more than 125 years, C-Auto Glass’ certified technicians diagnose, repair and replace windshields, sunroofs, sliders, regulators and other body glass on all makes and models of cars, commercial trucks, emergency vehicles and heavy equipment. What distinguishes C-Auto Glass is its sub-specialty in the repair and replacement of glass for classic cars and RVs, areas that many other glass shops avoid.

TRAINING FOR THE FUTURE. To ensure that new technicians meet C-Auto Glass’ high quality standards, the company has a formal three-phase training program for new technicians just entering the trade. In addition to classroom-like instruction, trainees gain early hands-on experience working under multiple master technicians in both controlled and mobile environments.  Flexibility is built into the program so each trainee can advance at his/her own pace.

In addition to serving its customers at its retail stores in Parma and Cleveland, C-Auto Glass provides free mobile glass replacement and calibration services in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit counties. Stocking approximately 20,000 glass parts and buying direct from OEMs and aftermarket manufacturers, C-Auto Glass, the largest truly independent auto glass company in Northeast Ohio, is able to remain a price leader while providing top-tier service.

C-Auto Glass is owned and managed by Eileen Joyce, who grew up in Strongsville. After high school, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and thereafter, graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law. As a then passive owner of C-Auto Glass, Eileen practiced law full-time, representing Fortune 500 companies in civil litigation.

In 2007, Eileen began the transition from practicing law to managing C-Auto Glass full time, where she now serves as CEO and General Counsel. Eileen is married to Tony Arcaria, who is the company’s B2B Relationship manager. Tony has been in the auto glass industry since 1972. He has held management positions in customer service, distribution/logistics, manufacturing and sales, having worked for both OE and aftermarket manufacturers.

Together, Eileen and Tony are making C Auto Glass your local alternative to the national chains and making it their mission to educate the public on the right to choose. Under Ohio law, car owners have the right to choose their repair facility, even when big insurance attempts to indicate otherwise. C-Auto Glass urges you to support local companies like ours, who support the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce. C Auto Glass is your neighbor. And we take care of our neighbors.

COFFEE WITH THE CHAMBER

On Wednesday, February 4th, we enjoyed a morning of networking and motivation at the Dollar Bank Parma Branch on Pearl Road. Our thanks to Jay Duke for hosting us and to State Representative Sean Brennan for sponsoring this month's event. The atmosphere was wonderful and warm (the sun shining brightly through the windows was a welcome touch!), and we appreciated the great turnout.
