This exciting milestone is the result of a year-long effort aimed to create a culture shift across the organization, bringing staff, volunteers, and community partners into alignment around a shared vision of excellence.

The Service Enterprise Accreditation confirms that LEAP’s volunteer management and community engagement practices are truly BEST IN CLASS.

Over the last year we have seen our volunteer involvement grow by 7x!
