We have big news for High School students this fall! All York Prep 9th-12th grade students will be issued a school Chromebook for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. Each Chromebook will be checked out to a specific student for them to complete assignments at school and at home.

When will students receive the Chromebook?

Chromebooks will be issued the first week of school. All students, including those taking dual enrollment, will receive a Chromebook.

What do I need to do next?

1. Log onto your High School student's FEE PAY ACCOUNT.
2. Parents and students are required to read and sign the High School Chromebook Policy.
3. Review the expectations in the High School Chromebook Policy and Acceptable Use Policy to ensure they understand the proper use and care of this school-owned device.

Can I purchase insurance to cover the Chromebook?

York Preparatory Academy strongly recommends parents select Chromebook insurance which costs $35 and can protect you from costly repairs and total replacement. Payment can be done through the Fee Pay system on the school website when you sign the High School Chromebook Policy.
