Construction Update

We have completed the design phase at Peace Place in Jackson County, thanks to Atlas Collaborative, Haines Gipson & Associates and S&S Engineers. Thanks to Paran Homes and Evans General Contractors for leading work on this project to provide shelter for 32 women and children fleeing domestic violence.

We recently received a permit for Breakthru House in Decatur, thanks to Myles Cardenas at Taylor Morrison and Elliot Fried at Complete Permitting. Strack, Inc. completed grading at Breakthru House in January (shown here).

Community Engagement

On February 26, HomeAid volunteers from Northview Church Teen and Middle School Ministry packed 500 HomeAid CareKits for The Elizabeth Foundation (shown here).

We have plans in progress for 15 Care Days, and at least three more CareKits packing events.

HomeAid Georgia invites you to host an Essentials Drive drop-off site at your place of business (open to the public), or coordinate a drive with friends and coworkers at your office, church, school, or civic organization.
