The Power of Funding Partnerships | |
|
ANCA builds small business and community resilience by working closely with local partners, government agencies, and private foundations in order to achieve our shared goals of creating equitable access to wealth.
We work together to help our region not only to recover from challenges facing Rural America — but to thrive.
In ANCA's latest What's Up North blog, Entrepreneurial Economy Program Director Dani Delaini reflects on the Big Picture — and the setbacks, successes and funding partnerships that fuel our collaborative and transformative work across the region.

Juneteenth Explained
Juneteenth marks our country’s second independence day. On June 19, 1865, Union General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, Texas to inform enslaved African Americans of their freedom and the end of the Civil War. Granger’s announcement put into effect the Emancipation Proclamation, which had been issued nearly two and a half years earlier, on January 1, 1863, by President Abraham Lincoln.
