Are you ready?
The following tips may be helpful as you plan your visit to Big Ten Headquarters:
- Limited seating is available in the main meeting room. Priority for main room seating will be given to Big Ten investigators. Overflow rooms will be available if needed.
- Big Ten investigators: Plan to arrive early so you can participate in the investigators' meeting at 8 AM.

Lunch with Industry:
Exit the conference room at noon to grab lunch, and return to the room by 12:10 for the Lunch with Industry session.
Industry representatives: Please locate your table tent at the beginning of this session. You are welcome to provide informational materials to investigators. Because space is limited in the conference room, we ask that all materials be placed on your table - no easels or display stands, please.
Investigators: Use this time to network with industry representatives and explore the potential for collaboration.

- Are you driving? Parking is available in the Parkway Bank Park Garage. You are responsible for your own parking. Bring your ticket to the security desk at Big Ten Conference Headquarters to have your ticket validated for $7.50, to be paid at the pay station inside the garage before returning to your car.
