Beyond the finish line: Eli’s big catch


NB3FIT athlete Eli Light-Chee is just as comfortable casting a line as he is running a race or throwing the javelin. This summer, the 10-year-old reeled in a catch at Cochiti Lake big enough to land him on the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Weekly Wall of Fame.

Santa Fe Indian School girls soccer carries Tacoma experience into fall season


With support from NB3 Foundation, the Santa Fe Indian School girls soccer team traveled to Tacoma for the Puyallup World Cup Powwow Indigenous Soccer Exhibition. Competing alongside other Indigenous teams helped the players strengthen their skills and confidence ahead of the fall season.
